MCP in Brazil (after half of the term)

It’s funny to see people that were having dreams, ambitions and unknown future in front at IPM here at IC already as big bosses and working. My fellows MCP’s
Several characteristics:
• Tired
• Positive in the approach but a bit destructive and negative in personal discussions
• With different reality regarding to the expectations
• With half an year older
I’ve seen lots of posts of MCP’s on their blogs but I think none of them was 100% positive, and that is not because we are so disappointed but because we have lots of stuff to do that we didn’t want to… But we should, no! Must do!
Besides as someone said being an MCP is not just legislation and vision setting it is also lots of responsibility for everything that happens, it’s being the one with your country and not with your friends and it is leaving the last one the boat.
Still I love being one of them, crazy over 100 people
